The relationship between every country is regulated by the international law; one of the popular elements in the same, is the custom. Every custom recognized by majority of signatory countries will be considered as the prevailing custom and be incorporated irrespective of it being followed for a short span of time. The customs are taken into account to provide a peaceful functioning but what happens when the custom is deeply rooted into the religious practices? Well, one such is the concept of ANSA which has become popular after the cold war; the practice involved in this concept is, putting religion in forefront and deeply reflects the Islamic propaganda.
