The Art Of Letting Go – A Beautiful Collection of Poems

The Art Of Letting Go – A Beautiful Collection of Poems

Poems are crafted with emotions and thus, poetry is known to feed the soul.

As humans, we must all go through loss and grief. Therefore, poetry is a medium that allows us to let go and move on to a new space or chapter in our life.

‘The Art of Letting Go’ is the collection of poems written by Sanhita Baruah. As the title suggests the poems are about learning to cope with loss and in turn moving on. The book is divided into three chapters called hope, closure and love. Hope gives the reader the faith to keep living and advancing in life. Closure is the thorough affair with our past that gives us clarity to move on. And love is the reward we get when we decide to let go.

One of the greatest qualities about the poems is that, they stay with you even after you have completed the book. Each of the 58 poems has something unique and beautiful. Each of those poems feed our melancholic soul.

Sanhita belongs to Guwahati, Assam but has lived in many places across India. She completed her MBA from MDI Gurgaon in 2017 and is currently working as a Commercial Manager at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. She has been writing since the age of 10. Her blog https://sanhitabaruah9.blogspot.in/ has been listed as one of the top blogs in India.

Sanhita Baruah

The art of letting go is her second book after The Art of Grieving, which she had published online. She published this book through NotionPress in November 2018. Since then, she has observed a massive growth in the sales of her book. There is a common misconception out there – that poetry doesn’t sell. She is one of the biggest examples of how poetry sells.
