Yami is a strong believer in education and holds the zeal to impart it to those who don’t have access to it. She narrowed down on the village in Kohlapur while reading about the NGO who were planning to set up a library for the children there. She believes in the concept of donating books as it instills a sense of community and gives the underprivileged a floor to stand on.

The library will contain a variety of books for children from seven to fifteen years. The library will consist of subject books like science, math and history and will also have storybooks. With this initiative, she is doing her bit and will impact the lives of those who have the access to that library. She holds the dream to provide more for these children and this is just a stepping-stone.
